Toda persona con este oficio suele ser quien organiza y administra las llamadas, las agendas, las reuniones, las facturas, la recepci\u00f3n de cartas y dem\u00e1s trabajos operativos asignados por el jefe, director o superior asistido.  Adem\u00e1s de esto, la secretaria es la mano derecha y persona de lealtad para las personas que ocupan dichos cargos.<\/p>\n

Los derechos y virtudes de las secretarias han sido reconocidos desde la creaci\u00f3n de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de las Secretarias en Estados Unidos en el a\u00f1o de 1942. Las secretarias son consideradas hoy en d\u00eda una pieza fundamental en el funcionamiento de una compa\u00f1\u00eda, y este d\u00eda presenta la oportunidad para rendirles homenaje. El d\u00eda tiene fechas distintas dependiendo del pa\u00eds d\u00f3nde se celebre.<\/p>\n
